Most parking near our clinic at 16th Street and Lonsdale Avenue is paid and may require payment through a mobile parking app. Free two-hour street parking may be available on streets farther from Lonsdale Avenue.
Please allow extra time to find parking and carefully check all posted signs for payment requirements, time limits, and restrictions.
For phone appointments, please allow a 1 hour window for your physician to call you. Often medical clinics run behind due to unforeseen circumstances and a missed phone appointment may incur a missed appointment fee.
Please note – phone appointments may come from a “No Caller ID” or a “Blocked” number. Please ensure your phone accepts blocked calls.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of an appointment. Please phone to cancel the appointment.
All missed appointments (including phone appointments) will be charged $75 for a no show fee
Please note that certain services are not covered by the Medical Services Plan. This includes most forms and they are subject to a fee (set by the Doctors of BC). These include school or work forms, sick notes, disability forms (including EI), driving examinations, and parking forms (SPARC- BC).
